Our opinion is great marketing communications are built on the foundation of intelligently designed Customer Communications Journeys that feed into well crafted full Customer Experiences.

Is this you?

  1. You’ve heard all about the customer journey but want to know the simplest and most effective way to get started

  2. You have mapped out a Customer Journey once upon a time but you’ve been caught in the weeds, carrying out activities and making evaluations about channels and creative choices that disconnected from the journey.

  3. Your brand is moving in a different way than when you first mapped out

  4. You can’t even find your customer journey map (happens to the best of us)

If any of these apply to you, then you are invited to come along to our workshop, where Tom Spencer, Cofounder of Cooperate, will share with you the best way to map out a useful Customer Journey and ensure you stick to it.

We will also provide valuable resources and insights so you can run a customer journey workshop with your own team, allowing you to put theory into practice.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet and network with like-minded, passionate marketers as well as our team.

You just need to bring yourself and any colleagues you would like to invite.

Food & Drinks

WeWork provides Beer and Cider on tap. There will also be chilled water, wine and snacks on offer. You are of course, welcome to bring along your own snacks and drinks.


The event is hosted in the WeWork building at 333 George st, Sydney.

Entry locks at 6pm, so please arrive early if possible. If you arrive after 6pm please wait at the lifts, we will have someone bringing groups up the lift until 6.20pm. After this you may not be able to enter.

Tom Spencer

Tom Spencer is Co-Founder and Head of Services at Cooperate. Prior to founding Cooperate, Tom spent most of his career in the marketing industry involved in strategy, communications and digital media. He was responsible for global quantitative consumer research for global wine brands across ASIA, Australia/NZ, Europe/UK and North America.

Tom is fascinated by ideas, and enjoys applying intellectual rigour and creative thinking to brand, business and media challenges. He lectures at Monash University on Media Innovation and Entrepreneurial Journalism and lives in Melbourne with his young family.
