About this Event

We all know that self-doubt really sucks.

It causes us to:

  • question (or believe) whether we have 'enough' training or experience,
  • procrastinate and leave things to the last minute
  • obsess over things until they are perfect
  • feel overworked, overwhelmed and overcommitted
  • try to do too much and feel like we're doing nothing that well
  • believe we'll feel confident when [things return the normal, there’s a vaccine, you get more training, the kids are a bit older etc]
  • feel frustrated because we never seem to feel more confident, no what we do or achieve!

All of which can leave us feeling like we've got no idea what we're doing and we're jus winging it.

Yet self-doubt is also inevitable.

It’s a very natural and normal thing to experience when you’re facing a new challenge, entering a new situation or setting a new goal.

Yet how many of us plan for it?

Athletes plan and visualise their events as part of their training. 

We organise holidays well in advance.

We plan for retirement -- well, at least we should! 😉

So why would self-doubt be any different? 

After working with women - from athletes to senior leaders - all over the world for the last 10 years, I've realised there are 6 keys to navigating your self-doubt in less time and with less anguish.

In this session, we’ll explore how a lack of clarity is holding you back from getting the results you want.

We can’t navigate and process self-doubt until we understand our beliefs, the stories we tell ourselves, our strengths and weaknesses, our (often unspoken) expectations and priorities.

Each of these influence how you see yourself and your place and value in the world.
