Event description

Description

On New Year's eve, many people will say to themselves, next year, I will lose weight, quit smoking, exercise better, eat more healthy, and so on. But, within a week or two, they find that their resolve is gone or they just kinda forgot.

It seems New Year's resolutions need something more if we are to make the most of them.

This two-hour workshop will show you how to make the most of your own New Year's resolutions.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Why New Year's resolutions tend to fizzle out, in spite of our best of intentions;
  • 8+ strategies to help you make the most of your New Year's resolutions; and
  • How to apply these strategies to other goals and aspirations in your personal and professional life.

We will also look at a couple of examples of how these strategies can be used. You will also have ample opportunity to apply these strategies to your own resolutions.
