Growth is the lifeblood of every company and Andre Pintantoan is widely considered Australia’s top growth marketer. Every business is unique and every growth strategy is different. In this one-day, small-group workshop, you will learn from the best and work with Andrianes to develop sustainable repeatable strategies to grow your business.

You will develop:

  • A framework to explore and analyse different customer acquisition channels and identify which are suitable for your business. Understand how to develop ads that work and use SEO, SEM, content marketing and social media to grow quickly.
  • A high-performing on-boarding channel to activate your new customers. You’ll learn to use customer research and data to find your ‘aha’ moment and identify where and why customers drop off.
  • A plan to increase your customer retention metrics using CRM to segment user messages.
  • An understanding of the strategy behind customer referrals and develop tactics to increase the viral coefficient of your business.
  • The ability to structure your company so that every team member is focussed on growth.

About the instructor:

Andrianes Pinantoan is currently Head of Growth at Canva. His strategies increased Canva’s activation rate by 50%, retention by 35% and his acquisition channel and referral programs drive millions of new customers to sign-up for Canva every month. Andrianes has consulted to many of Australia’s most successful start-ups including Tyro, Space Ship, Pocketbook and Open Colleges.

Module 1: What is Growth? How to define and measure growth for your business

  • Learn the growth-related metrics and how to calculate them ¥ Learn basic analytics and research methodology

Module 2: Acquisition and Referrals

  • Learn the different channels to acquire users
  • SEM, Engineered Virality, Conversion Optimization, SEO, Content Strategy and Social
  • Learn how to prioritize and test acquisition channels

Module 3: Activation

  • Learn how the framework to think about customer success
  • Learn how to identify friction points in your onboarding

Workshop logistics:

This workshop is one day and is limited to twelve participants. Andrianes delivers the course in person, weaving in real-life examples from Canva and others. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and develop a growth strategy for their business objective. This workshop is held in an awesome boardroom in the Sydney CBD and runs from 9am– 5pm with short breaks. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea is provided.
