Event description
Have you ever been in situations where everyone's right, no one's wrong? Join us to explore the Right vs Right dilemma.

About this Event

In the dilemma, we often see the foundations for conflict. Our positions and choices can be reflected in polarities and division. In the workshop, How To Face Ethical Dilemma, we will examine the notion of the ethical dilemma in the contemporary workplace through philosophical and psychological lenses.

Elephant In Our Room is offering this series of short 'how to' workshops to introduce various approaches to workplace conflict transformation. These monthly Sunday workshops are accessible and inter-disciplinary, providing 'tastes' of the creative methodology employed by Elephant In Our Room.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Explore the kinds of ethical dilemma facing workers in contemporary workplaces
  • Examine the differences between dilemma and conflict
  • Consider different positionalities while reviewing our dilemma
  • Draw on principles of philosophy and psychology to better understand our dilemma

The workshop session will involve:

  • Participatory process
  • Interactive activities
  • Small group discussion
  • Reflection

The session will include a short break for refreshments.
