Description

Organisations more often than not know their brand purpose and mission. They define what they do by these elements and ensure their organisation's staff and partners understand these. And the hope is their customers believe in these as well. However, not many organisations define their brand experience - HOW they deliver these to their customers. More importantly, they don't define how their brand experience is different to their competitors or unique to their organisation.

In this workshop, we will demonstrate how to define a brand experience promise and principles that is unique and compelling and examples of how you can activate these to create signature experiences.
