How To Deal with Self-Doubt, Trust in Yourself, and Be Better at Being You!
Tue. 22 November 2016, 9:30 am – 11:30 am AEST
There is no guarantee that you can always trust in people. They may leave. They may pass away. They may make a rude comment. They may cheat. They may lie. They may disappoint you in many different ways.
You can’t count on anybody 100%. However, this doesn’t mean you should isolate yourself or build barriers that can’t be penetrated. But it does stress the importance of being able to trust the one person you know you can count on: YOU!
Trusting in yourself increases self-confidence and lessens your need for approval. Believing and relying on yourself not only increases self-trust, it also deepens your connection with others. Self-trust is important not only for developing confidence but also for achieving success. With mindful practice, you can condition your natural ability to trust and rely on yourself.
In this workshop you will evaluate how much you really trust yourself. Empowered by this new knowledge, experience and feedback you will learn how to balance self-doubt and self-trust. You will discover some powerful ways to overcome self-doubt so you can move forward in life, allowing you to:
• lead to a focused life
• achieve all of your goals
• be more productive
• take risks with confidence
• remain positive
• face challenges in life
