WHY is it so hard to stick to goals, NY resolutions or the action plans we set out for ourselves? This is one of the main questions I get asked the most about when creating change.

Its not alwasy as easy as "just doing it". We ALL have self sabotaging beliefs that stop us from not fulfilling our potential.

Whether it is:
- Fear
- Shame
- Guilt
- Frustration
- This list could go on and on..................................

Regardless of what the emotion is, my intention for this workshop is to have an open discussion around WHY our PERCEPTION of ourselves influnecs our ACTIONS. Where has this perception come from ? What can we do to change it !

We will be going through some of these key points and much much more:

- WHAT is STRESS and how does it affect our ability to create the health we want.

- WHAT is neuroplasticity? and how our perceptions are formed

- WHY do we SELF SABOTAGE ourselves and how can we change these patterns

- Journey through a written / experiential process that allows you to unlock some of your own perceptions and learn how to create a new one through meditation and focus.

This fascinating topic is only the tip of the ice berg in regards to changing our thoughts. BUT i hope to offer a space where we can really delve into what some of these topics really mean to us and how can we create the life we really want to live.
