Trying to better manage a medical condition?
Wholegrains and legumes should be on your prescription. Yet most Australians lack the confidence and 'know how' to cook these foods from scratch.
Find out how these ancient foods could improve your health and increase your intake of protein, iron, zinc, calcium, fibre and phytonutrients!
Learn to use a modern pressure cooker and shave 75% off your cooking time.
Date: Tuesday, 4th July 2017
Time: 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Recipes, handouts and delicious food to try all included.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
As this will be a cooking demonstration rather than a hands on class, you will be able to sit back, watch, smell, taste, listen and enjoy. You don’t need to bring any equipment but you may like to bring a pen and pad to jot some notes.
What is the refund policy?
Should something come up and prevent you from attending, you are most welcome to send a family member or friend in your place. Please note, as this is an event, we are unable to provide refunds or transfers to another cookshop date.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
For any questions, please call the Nutrition and Wellbeing Clinic on (02) 9899 5208
