Purpose:

This workshop covers the essential key steps to building your business in defence and finding opportunities within the defence network. You will be given a broad range of information including:

• How to find business opportunities within the defence network and where to look

• What are the top five things I need to do to secure a defence contract

• How to navigate the defence market place

• How to find the right opportunity for my business and knowing where my products/services fit into the Defence procurement process

The workshop will be run by Donna Bates who has 25+ years’ experience as a Corporate Senior Executive in Strategic Planning and Marketing. She has experience working with high-end businesses including Royal Automobile Club of WA, The Sunday Times, News Limited, Adelaide Advertiser and the Department of Defence. Donna has Degrees in Marketing/Management, Post-graduate degree PR. Donna is currently the Managing Director of The Lab Factory and the Owner of a Strategic Planning Consultancy.
