Event description
Health Issues Centre and Safer Care Victoria Consumer support training program

About this event

With funding from Safer Care Victoria, Health Issues Centre will be offering online training sessions for consumers engaged in health services across Victoria this financial year 2021-2022.

This is an intermediate level session for consumers engaged in health services governance or organisational committees such as Community Advisory Committees (CACs). The session aims to enhance consumers’ skills and knowledge of the role of a consumer representative or advisor, self-assessing the quality of your own engagement, and sharing with others your understanding of what being a consumer on a committee entails.
