Purpose:

This workshop will help you understand the key requirements for when you are applying for Defence Tenders. You will be given a broad range of information including:

• Where and how to look for tenders

• What is the difference between a direct contract and a Prime Contractor

• How can I leverage relationships with Prime Contractors

• How to write & apply for a tender for Defence

• Does my team have the correct qualifications & accreditations to be able to deliver to requirements?

• Who can help me write a tender for a Defence project

The workshop will be run by Donna Bates who has 25+ years’ experience as a Corporate Senior Executive in Strategic Planning and Marketing. She has experience working with high-end businesses including Royal Automobile Club of WA, The Sunday Times, News Limited, Adelaide Advertiser and the Department of Defence. Donna has Degrees in Marketing/Management, Post-graduate degree PR. Donna is currently the Managing Director of The Lab Factory and the Owner of a Strategic Planning Consultancy.
