About the event

Historically, the sales process and quality have either not been thought of as being the best of friends or there is no connection whatsoever. Based on my experience, this needs to change. How often is the front-end of a sales process influencing the quality of the service (either from an internal perspective or from the client’s point of view)? Would a ‘better’ front-end sales process make for improved quality? I am thinking it does and I am putting in place a sales process at Videopro that takes into consideration aspects that will improve the outcome without it being another bloody process! What I am expecting to see is an improvement in our project’s metrics.

About the speaker
Warwick Absolon is a suitably qualified and experienced business leader with a demonstrated track record in delivering specific initiatives and projects through influence and gravitas, across a range of geographies and subject matters. Historically, he has been asked to lead projects over multiple time zones where others dared to tread. Utilising high interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence has enabled me to succeed in these multi-faceted projects that have included increasing the innovative culture of a large organisation, resolving multiple year tax audits in Canada, removing dormant legal entities in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, and driving a higher use of a contingent workforce. In his current role, he is responsible for improving the performance of six audio visual account managers across the corporate, government and tertiary sectors.
