Description
Learn how computers think. Spend a day learning basic computer binary logic, electronic circuits and basic computer programming. Hands-on physical computing wiring a circuit then coding a video game.
Ages 10+ - Families welcome. Everyone from kids, teens, parents and interested adults welcome this workshop. Book essential as workshop is kept small, maximum of 6 (please contact to accommodate a big group).
Pre-requests: None. The "Make Video Game Controller, Animate, Code & Play" activity prior to this workshop would be helpful but not essential.
Objective: To Have Fun! At same time learn how your computer, video games and all computer electronics basically work.
Limited space, booking is essential. Cost $97
When: Saturdays throughout Term 4, then January School Holidays - 10 am - 2:30 pm
Where: Thinklab Fremantle (3 blocks from the train station, upstairs next to National Hotel on the Cappuccino Strip)
