Hot Pot - are you ready to take your writing for a spin in front of a receptive crowd?
Queensland Writers Centre members, you are invited to put your name into the pot and chance 'pot luck'. If your name is one of around 10 drawn from the pot on the night, you have four minutes to enchant the crowd with a polished reading of your work - after which a cowbell will be unceremoniously rung and the next name summoned from the pot.
All are welcome to come along, listen and have a chat with fellow writers and audience members and meet some of the team from Queensland Writers Centre.
NOTE: Purchasing a ticket to this event entitles you to free entry to 'Pre-Launch' which follows immediately after 'Hot Pot'. Simply use the discount code provided in your booking confirmation email to access your free ticket.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is for participants aged 18 years and above. If you are accessing the QWC member tickets you may be asked to show proof of membership.
