Date: Tuesday 17th 2025

Time: 10:00am - 11:00am

Delivery: Free via Zoom

We’ll explore practical strategies for sustaining wellbeing, building professional resilience, and staying engaged in a sector that relies on your expertise, passion, and commitment. We need the workers in homelessness and housing to stay here and keep the momentum going. Jo Draper, wellness expert, will guide exercises such as the CTFAR and Sector Capacity and Projects Lead Michelle Debert will guide discussions to strengthen your coping strategies while fostering hope and energy for the year ahead.

A CTFAR activity uses the self coaching model (Circumstance, Thought, Feeling, Action, Result)

Together, we’ll focus on collective strength, learning from one another, and identifying ways to continue making a meaningful impact. Join us to share insights, recharge your energy, feel empowered, and ready to keep shaping the sector for the better
