Event description

Description

Ho’oponopono means 'to make right.’ Through taking full responsibility for everything that arises within your life, you can gradually correct the myriad of problems that affect you, from mental and emotional difficulties to family/relationship conflicts.

Learn to:

  • Understand the theory of Ho’oponopono as a powerful and transformative therapy.
  • Use the simple healing phrases in several ways (including very gentle yoga stretches,* breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation).
  • Return to a clean 'zero' state within (pure and clear Self).
  • Practise simple Ho’oponopono techniques to clear the mistakes of your past (and the errors of your ancestors).

A flower offering ceremony (havan) will conclude the workshop.
At the end of the session you will walk away with tools and skills that will clear and transform the quality of your life.

Teacher: Chintanshuddhi (Louise Bennett), who has taught yoga and meditation previously at Glenbrook Yoga Space and currently runs workshops at UYoga (Katoomba).

Feedback from the recent February 2018 workshop:

"I enjoyed everthing about the workshop. I went home relaxed with positive thoughts, my aches and pains gone and my face looking serene." - Carolyn V. (Leura)

"I really enjoyed everything about the afternoon. The space was beautiful, warm and welcoming. The structure was appropriate, with the presentation structured in easily digested parts . . . the Flower Ceremony was very beautiful and I was touched by how much care and love you had put into the preparation." - Jillian S. (Leura)

Notes about the workshop:

You will not be sitting the whole time - there will be ample stretch breaks. Theory and practice will be paced for comfort and understanding.

*No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. We will do a few very simple yoga stretches to gently moving your joints, so there is no need to dress for yoga - just dress comfortably. You will not be doing yoga on the floor, but from your chair or standing. If you wish to sit on the floor, there are cushions and bolsters. Chairs are supplied, but if you prefer your own cushion or meditation stool, feel free to bring with you.

Regarding payment: if you would prefer to contact me directly about paying at the door, please send me an email:
