Event description

Description

Make a positive lifestyle change and learn how to live without plastic and make your own reusable beeswax food wraps at this hands-on workshop for adults at the first session of Georges River Libraries’ new Homegrown Living monthly meetup.

This workshop launches the new Homegrown Living program that will meet every first Monday of the month (except January) at Oatley Library. The program will focus on sustainable and natural ideas for living, and attendees can expect a range of talks, workshops, demonstrations and meetups about topics to keep themselves, their families and their homes healthy.

At Homegrown Living: Plastic-free Living and Beeswax Food Wraps, participants will hear about ways to eliminate plastic from their lives with alternatives to common products and will make their own reusable beeswax-infused food wraps to take home.

All materials provided.
