Description

Celebrating the 115th anniversary of the discovery of Australia's first dinosaur bone at Eagles Nest, Inverloch on 7th May 1903. This field trip will visit the site of the original discovery, and a search the area for more dinosaur fossils.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

This activity is suitable for school aged children. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

When do booking close?

If we havn't sold enough tickets to cover our costs by the day before the event we will cancel it and refund your money. Keep an eye on your emails and this site for changes and additonal activities.

What's the refund policy?

We may need to cancel this event if we do not get enough bookings, the weather turns nasty or unforseen circumstances mean our presenter is unable to turn up. If we cancel the event we provide a full refund. If you cancel your ticket you will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.

What do I need to bring?

You will need footwear for walking on the wet and slippery rocks and in rockpools, appropriate beach clothing and sun protection for the weather (it can be very hot or very cold), water and your own transport from the Bunurong Education Centre in Inverloch to Eagles Nest.
