Learn about selecting the right knife, and watch a demonstration from a professional butcher on the art of deboning. Then it’s your turn! With individual and expert guidance from our qualified butcher, you will learn how to debone a leg of lamb and chicken marylands, then take it all home with you. This is a timeless skill to have in the kitchen.
