An approach anyone can use to aim and steer their life projects toward happiness, health, and wholeness
Join Dan Palmer from Very Edible Gardens for a weekend that will transform your personal and professional life. In this two-day workshop we will apply the holistic management decision making framework to a whole of your choice. Your “whole” might be you, your family, your business, or an organisation you are part of.
This workshop is not a sit back and soak it up affair. It involves engaging with and articulating what matters most to you in your life and in the different wholes you are part of. You will come prepared to share and leave with focus and clarity about why you are here and not only how you can steer your life directly into the space you most deeply want to be in personally and/or professionally, but how you can stay there.

Going through the holistic management process was priceless for both personal life and a future business. Using that approach changes everything and gives me a lot of confidence going forward – Erica, South Melbourne.
While it might sound a bit vague, this workshop is actually for everyone. In particular we encourage the following people attend:
- Local Government employees ,
- School staff,
- Non government organisations,
- Small and big business owners, and
- Folks looking to find clarity, focus and purpose in both their personal and professional lives.
The first day will introduce you to the holistic management framework, then you’ll develop your statement of purpose (why the whole exists), quality of life statements (what needs to be true of the whole if those involved are to experience true quality of life from their involvement), and forms of production (how you realise all this on a daily basis).
On the second day you’ll be supported to develop your future resource base then go through it using the framework to test decisions in managing the whole you have chosen.
Thanks again for a great couple of days. I found it very valuable and it has certainly stirred some good thinking on my part about what more I would like from my work pursuits. As well, a deeper understanding of HM – Chris, South Melbourne.

Dan Palmer and his co-facilitators are deeply passionate about holistic management and use a variety of facilitation tools to create an adaptive space in which all participants give each other permission to share openly and to support each other in understanding, then applying the holistic management framework. We don’t do “boring” teaching, only profoundly awesome.
Very, very useful for achieving focus and the motivation behind my idea – recommend it to everyone – Michelle, Westgarth.
