Description

Come join us to see The Boy and the Beast (2015, Japan) on the big screen by Mamoru Hosoda from Studio Chizu. This film is suitable for the whole family.

When Kyuta, a young orphan living on the streets of Shibuya, stumbles into a fantastic world of beasts, he’s taken in by Kumatetsu, a gruff, rough-around-the-edges warrior beast who has been searching for the perfect apprentice.

*Family Ticket – Up to two adults and two children or one adult and three children

*PG - It is recommended for viewing by persons under 15 with guidance from parents or guardians.

Access information

Entry to Bankstown Arts Centre is via the front of the building at Dale Parade. Visitors with restricted mobility can utilise all public spaces at the Arts Centre. Disabled parking is also available at the Olympic Parade carpark.

Public transport

Bankstown Arts Centre is within five minutes walking-distance from Bankstown Station and Bus Interchange.

Parking at the precinct

Parking is very limited at the Arts Centre precinct. Participants are suggested to use public transport wherever possible. Limited free 4-hours (4P) parking and disabled parkings is available at the community carpark located on Olympic Parade.
