Explore the history of architecture on Fitzroy Street starting from 1857 and the arrival of the Railway, through the development of the Fitzroy Street village, Victorian prosperity and Italianate and Renaissance Revival Styles, grand Edwardian mansions, early flats of the Beaux Arts and Arts & Crafts Movement, finishing with Moderne and Modernism.
