Learn from experienced hiker Jo Cordell-Cooper how to prepare physically and mentally for long day and multi day hikes. Many people just walk more when preparing for long hikes but actually there are smarter more time efficient ways to train, particularly if you are heading into high altitude. Hiking should be an absolute pleasure - so don't head out with a bably prepred body. All it takes it the right kind of exercise and I can absolutely help you with that!

What should I wear? What should I eat? What are the pro's and con's of different costs, socks, shoes. Jo Cordell-Cooper is totally independent of brands so will share with you her years of experience with out trying to sell you a thing!
