Renowned for its spectacular gothic exterior and its warm, welcoming and perfect interior, the Mayfair Hotel’s flagship restaurant, the Mayflower Restaurant, invites you in for a special High Tea at Tasting Australia. Prepared by one of Australia’s pre-eminent chefs, the Mayflower’s Bethany Finn, in the company of Nat Paull from Beatrix Bakes in Melbourne, this will be an afternoon treat taken to the next level. Known as outstanding pastry and dessert chefs, Bethany and Nat are sure to surprise guests with their attention to detail and adept sense of flavour. High Tea will be served as shared towers of treats, with additional tastings and demonstrations on offer from the powerhouse duo.
