Henna Tattooing Workshop - Summer School Holidays
Saturday, 7 January 2017 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (AEDT)
I have been a professional henna artist for 5 years, running a successful business whose main source of income is through henna. There's no reason why you could not learn to do the same!
Come along to this practical, hands-on henna tattooing workshop and learn the tricks of the trade! It is designed for the beginner and really, this workshop lays the foundations for you to further develop your henna skills. You'll thus leave the workshop with step by step instructions, useful links, and an understanding of what supports you and inhibits you in your henna tattooing. I will have critiqued your style too, so you will have a little list of tailor-made pointers that you, personally, need to focus on.
What we will cover:
* how to mix the perfect henna paste from scratch
* how to load your own cones
* learn simple designs for a beginner
* learn tricks for having a steady hand
* price includes 6+ hours worth of henna and all you need for the workshop (except a bowl you'll be asked to bring)
and $175 for "mamma+daughter" combos :) - see ticketing **** THIS HAS SOLD OUT ****
Who should attend:
Anyone 10 and over who feels drawn to learning this delicious artform, or anyone who loves doodling! (Henna is so much like doodling with a silken medium!)

She dabbles in any number of artistic mediums, but medicine drum making, weaving and henna tattooing are her favourites by far!
