New technology, systems, business models or structures all trigger change issues for people in organisations. Even when organisations have all the right project management and communication systems, change can lag or go terribly wrong.
This workshop helps leaders and teams to deal with the personal and organisational dynamics of change. It goes beyond the systems and resources of change mangement to address the internal and social challenges people face.
The evidence is very clear. Effective change management is what gets you results. Project management is still important but organisations need leaders who understand what drives people and how they react to change. Change leadership requires clear analysis of the dynamics and clever solutions that fit the situation, people and business goals.
Effective change management cannot be done by remote control. It is personal and visceral as well as social and structural. It needs people throughout the organisation who know how to help others through the transition. This workshop helps leaders, project teams and people going through change to address critical issues for a healthy transition.
