Heart to Heart: A Christmas Concert for Community is organised by two university students Hannah Burton and Grace Kim who want to share their passion for music with other people. This Concert is to celebrate the dynamic year 2020 has been with music, friends and family, and to raise funds to support the homeless during the Christmas season. The funds raised through this concert will be donated to two wonderful organisations Vinnies Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre, Tamworth, and C3 Cares, Sydney City.
