Description

Introducing the Rock My World FILMMAKING Workshop for MELBOURNE!

FOR Secondary School deaf/hard of hearing students (age 12-18 years) only

Saturday 22 June to Sunday 23 June 2019
This Workshop will focus on Filming and Editing.

Our exclusive Filming Workshop which has been a hit in NSW & QLD returns to Melbourne, Victoria.
Our teens will learn how to make a short film, using a simple device such as their mobile phone or Ipad!
We will learn all there is to know about the short film industry, learning how to storyboard, film and edit.

In this Workshop, we will help the teens to create their very own 5 minute short story to showcase at the Hear For You National Film Festival 2019! The theme/genre will be decided by Australian Hearing.

The films will be judged in the following categories:
- Best Director
- Best Film
- Best Screenplay

- Judges Choice Award

Australian Hearing will also pick 2 films to showcase throughout all 150 Australian Hearing centres across the country and their social media pages!

The workshop will run from 9am - 3pm each day approximately.
- LUNCH IS INCLUDED -
