Healthy Wealthy and Wise, Part 4: Loving your family and keeping your sanit...
Sat. 29 April 2017, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm AEST
Family - we've gotta love 'em but they do drive us crazy! They're there when we're born, and for some, until death. We go through a series of transitions as we mature and once we depart into the big wide world to start our own journey we eventually form a new family thinking it will bring the ultimate happiness but usually we encounter those same challenges all over again.
So to cope we minimise those get-togethers to an occasional holiday, wedding, funeral, or birth of a child until we are reminded how they can create more stress and conflict than joy and connection. This presentation will offer some insights on how we manage some of the most difficult relationships in life… family and how we manage ourselves during those tense times?
