Description
The 8 week Healthy Habits is a fun way to achieve your goals to increase fitness, reduce body fat, feel great and get ready for summer. It encompasses exercise and dietary guidelines, inclusive of recipes and meal plans. At the end of each week you will be responsible for handing in a report card and having your results checked before we give away a weekly prize. A one month CrossFit King membership is up for grabs for the overall winner. This challenge is open to people who are not members of CrossFit King but would like the opportunity to train with us. Your classes will be run separately to CrossFit classes and will focus on bodyweight exercises and light weights with cardio. They are fitness based classes without the weightlifting.
Class options for non CrossFit King members:
Monday 6:15pm Mat Pilates
7:00pm Fitness Class
Thursday 6:00am Fitness Class
6:45pm Mat Pilates
Saturday 7:00am Fitness Class
*extra exercise programs will be provided for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays for you to complete in your own time
