Nutrition 101: HUNGER

Learn how to listen to your body, nourish it, nurture it and give it what it needs. It is also a time to set some goals for the next 4 months! You’ll also be getting a goal-setting worksheet and Nutrition 101 guide to help you set some serious nutrition goals and learn more about the basics of nutrition!

This workshop will introduce the idea of healthy eating, and what it means to each of us. It will equip you with skills to get in tune with your hunger and fullness cues and eat more intuitively, and introduce ideas around non-hungry eating and how to address this.


Healthy redefined: NOURISH

10 OCTOBER

Forget fad diets, forget ‘must have’ foods, learn to eat better using foods you already have at home! Get ready for simple meal planning and meal prep tips and ideas, food swaps! You also get to takeaway a copy of Kathryn’s food swap cheatsheet, meal planner printable and meal prep tips checklist!

Building on the first workshop, this month we will discuss how the foods you choose will impact your health, in particular – gut health. You will be guided through designing your own meal plans – practical, balanced, family friendly, individual and tips and tricks for busy mums!


Eating for energy:ENERGISE

14 NOVEMBER

Discussions on HOW to take charge of your own health and improve your energy levels, through all stages of life.Kathryn will be sharing some of her easy-to-prepare recipes that’s healthy, delicious and most importantly, help boosts your energy levels!

You will also get a copy of her recipe e-Book at the end of the workshop so you can whip up these recipes anytime!

We will be discussing supplements, body changes, expectations and what is really happening to our energy levels through the years!


Putting it into Practice: CHANGE

This month encourages group discussion and support as well as practical tips for implementing change – particularly when eating out, attending holiday celebrations, travelling and trying to keep up with a fast-paced life! You will also receive an exclusive copy of the Holiday Survival Guide 101 from Kathryn!

In this workshop, we will be looking at your progress, go through any challenges and mindset blocks that you may be facing. A great chance to set new intentions and goals for the new year – as well as tweaking and changing up anything that isn’t working!

MEET YOUR COACH - KATHRYN HAWKINS (APD & AN)

KATHRYN HAWKINS is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN) and presenter. Kathryn is a busy mum, career focused woman and completely understand what it feels like to be time poor, overwhelmed and pulled in a thousand different directions!

Kathryn’s personal approach to food has changed to looking at the long term effects of what she’s eating and feeding her family. She is also acutely aware of how her food choices and food language, influences her daughter. In 20 years from now, she wants to still be an active parent, have plenty of energy, be open minded, and continue to think clearly.

When it comes to food, Kathryn prides herself on being a ‘realist’.

No fancy ingredients or shopping lists you will need to re-mortgage your house for! She is all about simple, nutritious, and making it work for you and your family – In Kathryn’s family, that usually means weekly spaghetti Bolognese and Friday night eggs on toast.
