About this event

Steph Labourne is a Clinical Dietician at Northern Health working with cancer patients. She will speak about: what foods make up a healthy diet; maintaining a healthy weight; some of the common myths and misconceptions about diet and cancer; the evidence about foods that do impact on cancer; and where to find support, information and resources to help you maintain a healthy diet. A lot of information about diet and cancer can be conflicting and misleading. If you are looking for balanced and accurate advice on healthy eating, then come along to this session.
