In this 4-week series, Laura Hopkins, Certified Health Coach, will teach you kitchen basics that will help you get healthier. Getting into the kitchen is one of the best ways to take your health journey to the next level. Not only will you gain more control over what you are eating, cooking can also be relaxing, fun and something special that you can share with your loved ones. These 4 classes will help set you on the path to a healthier you.

1. Bases and Sauces (June 7th) – learning the basics of healthy sauces can make cooking delicious meals at home for you and your family so much easier.

2. Homemade essentials (June 14th)– nut milks & paleo bread – store bought nut milk can be full of fillers and additives that aren’t as healthy as they seem and store-bought bread can be full of processed sugars and gluten. Learn to make homemade alternatives that are easy, delicious and healthier.

3. Quick Weeknight Dinners & On the Go Snacks (June 21st)– it can be too easy to slip away from your healthy regimen when you’re busy or traveling. These easy to put together dinners and healthy on-the-go snacks will help you stay on track with your health goals even during the most stressful times.

4. Breakfasts & Desserts (June 28th) – learn to make delicious breakfasts and desserts that are low in carbs and sugar, but high in flavor and fun.

Classes can be taken as a series or à la carte + each class will include healthy cocktails and fun giveaways!
