Healthy Boundaries Empowerment Series
Such a huge topic deserves a trio of evenings, as I couldn’t possibly do this justice in one! Feel free to come along/video-in to ANY OR ALL all 3 sessions…one is better than none!
Instead of a guided meditation only, we are going to brighten this experience up even more by adding in story-telling, sharing and helpful tools, along with the mediation. These activities are all aimed at transforming your boundaries to bring more joy and freedom into your life and transform your relationships.

Why do we need Healthy Boundaries?
Every day we merge ourselves with and marinate in a multitude of different environments and people – this greatly affects our mood, thoughts and how we feel, also affecting the projection of our life and life experiences (whoa!)
What if your thoughts and feelings weren’t always your own? Imagine only owning what is truly yours?
What if you could become crystal clear on what is your stuff and what doesn’t belong to you, and give yourself permission to be free from the drama of others?
- Have you experienced being disrespecting by others?
- Have you been disappointed by how someone has treated you?
- Do you have expectations of others that are not always met and experience upset from this?
- Do you have trouble saying ‘no’ to others or feeling obliged to do things against your will?
- Are you living-in or working-in toxic environments?
- Are you associating with people who bring you down?
These evening sessions will empower you to:
- Protect your energy in any environment; home, work etc.
- Empower yourself, in every relationship
- Speak your truth with love and respect when establishing your boundaries
- Maintain healthy boundaries with new and existing relationships
These are interesting times we are living in. Are you noticing how sensitive we are becoming? To everything; food, sound, light, chemicals, environments and other people? For years I have practiced building and maintaining healthy boundaries to protect myself and my multi-dimensional being. I have made great progress and many mistakes. Yes, I have certainly learnt and earnt from these experiences lol
I have noticed a HUGE difference in my life when I am not tending to my boundaries. I have also noticed how cut off others can become from the world when they over-protect and place new age ‘bubbles’ around themselves.
There is a way to protect ourselves and also connect-in and stay in rapport with our world.
This is a 3-part series with guided healing meditations (held over 3 evening sessions) that will step by step empower you to:
- Learn to protect your energy and get clear on exactly what thoughts and feelings belong to you (Part 1);
- Develop and maintain healthy boundaries with others (Part 2),
- Develop and maintain healthy boundaries on a multi-dimensional level, with beings that greatly impact our lives here in the physical plane (Part 3).

Logistics:
Beginners to experienced meditators are welcome. Beginners will be learning and experienced may well be unlearning (just a little!), as the focus is on healing rather than meditation. Meditation is the vehicle used to facilitate healing and transformation.

Exchange
The exchange is $30 per evening or $75 for all 3 sessions upfront, due by the first session or upgrade on the night.
Valid Concession card is $15 per evening session and $40 for 3 session up front, due by the first session or upgrade on the night.
Time
7pm – 9pm GMT+1000 Brisbane time (8pm NSW and Melbourne or 5pm Perth)

What to bring A water bottle and everything you need to be warm and comfortable, like your favourite cushion. A journal and pen is recommended.
Ages 15+
What to expect
So there are no awkward surprises, please see the below list of goodness:
- Active, guided meditations and affirmations, with lots of speaking.
- Sound! Yes, beautiful music carefully selected to invoke the required emotional response
- A warm and comfortable home environment
- A community that supports each other and respects confidentiality
- Tea!
- Conversation, you have the opportunity to ‘check-in’ with the group about you and what you are up to in life; wins, challenges and what you are working on
- You may receive epiphanies, and realisations about your relationship with yourself and self-sabotaging patterns.
- Sometimes even Catharsis – tissues provided ;-)
And in addition, to receive the full benefit of these sessions, be prepared for the following:
- Forgiveness!
- Taking responsibility for your life
- Loving and accepting ALL parts of yourself (even the tucked-away bits)
- Sharing. You don’t need to say much, you can just say your name, however verbalising what you want to achieve often leads to more powerful results.

I have attended and conducted hundreds of these meditations. During this time, I have witnessed and personally experienced profound and lasting changes in life, you know, the ones that bring tears of joy to your eyes!
I have had the honour of watching people transform and blossom right before my eyes, and improve their quality of life in all aspects. I have personally avoided surgery, resolved multiple life-long health issues, created my dream job, experienced profound awakenings, and I enjoy more abundance, happiness and fulfilling relationships in my life.

Why Group Meditations for Healing?
Private healing sessions are wonderful but not always economical to do them on a regular basis. I have found this method of healing to be more powerful both because it is achieved via the power of a group and on a regular basis.
Inner-work in not a fairytale joyride. It’s actually quite intense and sometimes even scary, and much harder to do it alone. Together we can share our experiences, learn from each other and grow together as community dedicated to personal transformation.
