Healthy Boundaries for Carers: Saying 'No' Without Guilt (Online)
Overview
Carers often say yes to everything, leading to burnout, resentment, and exhaustion. When you’re constantly putting others first, it can feel impossible to protect your own time, energy, and wellbeing. Many carers struggle with guilt, fear of disappointing others, or the belief that “good carers always say yes,” even when their own needs are being pushed aside.
Healthy Boundaries for Carers: Saying 'No' Without Guilt is a workshop designed to help carers recognise their limits, communicate confidently, and prioritise themselves without feeling selfish. By learning how to set clear, compassionate boundaries, carers can reduce overwhelm, strengthen relationships, and create more sustainable caregiving routines.
Please note: You must be registered with Carer Gateway to attend (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
