In our increasingly busy and demanding work environment poor mental health and wellbeing continue to see high stress levels and be a challenge for people in our industry and beyond.

I used to be in the digital industry environment, working hard and playing hard. It took a toll, of course it did. Until I couldn't ignore the signs my body was giving me to slow down and take a hard look at my lifestyle.

This became my passion to help others to slow down and offer tools such as essential oils to help with stress, anxiety, energy, poor immune system and lack of focus and much more.
