About this event
Good nutrition, keeping active and staying socially connected, is important in helping us age well and remain independent.
Join us for a four week program of free health and wellbeing sessions for people aged over 50 years.
Book your place on one or all sessions.
* Please ensure you choose your preferred location when booking tickets.
- All Morley sessions are on Mondays
- All Bayswater sessions are on Tuesdays.
Please note: The venue default on your ticket will show both Community Centres, however please be assured that you will be booked into the venue you have chosen.
Week 1 - Nutrition at Home by Nutrition Force
Monday 8 March, 10-11.30am - Morley Community Centre; or
Tuesday 9 March, 10-11.30am - Bayswater Community Centre
Week 2 – Move, Improve, Remove - Falls Prevention by Stay on Your Feet
Monday 15 March, 10-11.30am - Morley Community Centre; or
Tuesday 16 March, 10-11.30am - Bayswater Community Centre
Week 3 – Easy Healthy Meals - Cooking Demonstration by Nutrition Force
Monday 22 March, 10-11.30am - Morley Community Centre; or
Tuesday 23 March, 10-11.30am - Bayswater Community Centre
Week 4 – Reconnect Café - morning tea and talk with Helping Minds
Monday 29 March, 10-11.30am - Morley Community Centre; or
Tuesday 30 March, 10-11.30am - Bayswater Community Centre

Morley Community Centre - 6a Blades Close, Morley
All participants are required to sign-in using Safe WA or manually and observe current Government health guidelines.
