I’m delighted to invite you to Health Promotion – what does the future hold?

It’s now 30 years since VicHealth was established as the world’s first health promotion foundation.

This event will be a fascinating exploration of the opportunities and challenges facing health promotion today, and into the future.

The conversation-style panel will feature:

  • Professor Rob Moodie - Professor of Public Health at the University of Melbourne’s School of Population and Global Health, and former VicHealth CEO
  • Dr Sandro Demaio – Co-founder NCD Free, and Medical Officer for Non-communicable Conditions and Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition for Health and Development at the World Health Organization
  • Ms Jerril Rechter - CEO VicHealth, Chair International Network of Health Promotion Foundations

This conversation will be a unique opportunity for everyone with an interest in health and wellbeing to hear from, and ask some of Australia’s sector leaders what they think the future of health promotion will look like.
