Health & Nutrition Half Day Workshop

Uncover what is holding you back, why you keep falling into the same old bad habits and why certain foods have a hold over you. Spend the afternoon uncovering some (potentially) confronting and uncomfortable truths about your relationship with yourself, and food and how you subconsciously (or knowingly) sabotage your best efforts. You will walk away with strategies to over come your self sabotaging habits, menu ideas and a recipie or two, plus tips on how to create a healthy lifestyle for good.
The afternoon will conclude with a supermarket tour where I will show you healthy snacks on the go, creating a menu that is healthy, quick and delicious and what items to avoid in your quest for a healthy lifestyle.
