Event description

Description

360 Edge is delivering face-to-face ice training for frontline workers across multiple workforces as part of the Victorian Government’s Ice Action Plan.

The training is designed to build the knowledge and skills of frontline workers, so they can safely and effectively respond to people affected by ice.

Training sessions will run for half a day and cover de-escalation, managing tricky behaviours, and supporting someone to get help.

It is free for workers.

This training is for you if you work in a clinical environment as a doctor, pharmacist, pharmacy or dental assistant, allied health practitioner or similar occupation. Workers in a support or administrative role, such as practice managers or reception staff, can also register.

Nurses can access training provided by ANMF (Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation website) whilst GPs can access training from RACGP (RACGP Victoria Education website).
