Flinders College of Business, Government and Law is pleased to launch the restructured Health and Aged Care Management postgraduate course and introduce our new team of senior healthcare management specialists from Flinders.
Join us for the official launch, followed by two keynote presentations by Frank Weits, CEO ACH Group and Adjunct Professor Susan O'Neill, CEO Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN).

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Frank Weits is passionate about truly making a difference in people’s lives. As Chief Executive Officer of ACH Group, his focus is on ensuring that all staff and volunteers love what they do and that customers live a good life.
Having previously led client centred functions at PwC Australia and in the Netherlands, his country of origin, Frank believes in looking to best practice in other industries and countries to drive continual organisational improvement.
An active community contributor, Frank holds roles on a range of boards and is the Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of the Netherlands in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Adjunct Professor Susan O'Neill is the Chief Executive Officer of the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) with more than 20 years of Executive leadership, with both public and private health care experience, across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and the United Kingdom.
With previous CEO roles at St Vincent's Public Hospital, Melbourne and Albury Woodonga, she has a passion for organisational excellence, and has spent many years applying lean thinking philosophy and principles to health care. She focuses specifically in the areas of strategy development and deployment, integrated operational planning, patient flow and practice redesign, leadership, coaching and talent development.
Sue is a Board Member for Lean Enterprise Australia, a Registered Nurse, and holds both an Executive MBA and a Master of Nursing Science. She is also a Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School, and holds an Adjunct Professor position at La Trobe University.
