About our Speaker:
Julia Harrison, Beyond the Hedge
Julia is the Founder of Beyond the Hedge, a multi-disciplinary design agency dedicated to helping businesses and organisations communicate their ideas, products and services more effectively. As a multi-disciplinary agency they look after all of their client’s design needs including, branding, graphic design, digital design and presentations.
With over a decade experience in the design industry, Julia has always been passionate about the power of good design and effective marketing material, which she believes is the silent ambassador of your brand.
Before starting Beyond the Hedge, Julia worked in both boutique agencies and big multinational companies, so she’s seen how different types of clients and different types of agencies approach digital projects. She noticed that the big companies are really good at spending time developing their strategy, and she’s brought that philosophy to her work at Beyond the Hedge as well. After all, the design of any marketing material is only as effective as the strategy behind it.
