​Create an artwork that speaks to the 2021 NAIDOC Week theme Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!

Learn about what Aboriginal art is and this years NAIDOC theme, to create your own piece that speaks to your experience. Workshops hosted by Indigenous woman Hayley Pigram.

All materials to be supplied. Each participant can take home their artwork at the end of the workshop. Recommended for 12yrs +

$10 per ticket. All proceeds will go to DeadlyScience.

About the artist:

Hayley Pigram is a Darug woman from the Sydney area. As an urban Aboriginal Artist, her art takes many forms to reflect her culture. Often she pairs dot style painting with bright colours and unusual mediums to represent herself; an Artist who has a deep traditional spirituality, yet lives a modern lifestyle. Her art tells the story of a modern woman with an ancient heritage.
