About this Event

Diverse and inclusive design in project delivery

How can we create more diverse and inclusive designs?

Laura Twigge-Molecey, Hatch’s Managing Director of Engineering Delivery, will explore what diverse and inclusive design is, and the benefits of considering it during the project delivery phase.

Laura will also share how Hatch is currently implementing diverse and inclusive designs for their clients.

About Laura Twigge-Molecey (P. Eng, M. Eng.)

Laura is Hatch’s Managing Director of Engineering Delivery where she manages successful engineering outcomes for Hatch’s projects globally.

For more than 20 years, she has worked in various leadership roles for global clients in metals, energy, and infrastructure.

Laura began focusing on engineering management, a function she says she loves because it gave her the opportunity to work with all engineering disciplines and interface with the other project functions.

She is an active and passionate member of Hatch’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and a mechanical engineer from the University of Texas at Austin. Laura also holds her master’s degree in engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.

A light breakfast will be provided at this event.

Hatch looks forward to welcoming you!
