About this Event

Working with the rhythms of the breath, combining movement and mindfulness can bring us deeply into our bodies and helps us strengthen and balance our nervous system.

In this class you will experience and explore a number of breathing and embodied mindful movement practices that are used in Integrative Breathing Therapy and proven to improve physical health, breathing functionality and resilience.

The practices taught in this class aim to provide participants with a unique set of tools for self-regulation that can be used in daily life to develop calm and resilience.
