These intimate and interactive workshops are back!

When pregnant it can be daunting and confusing as to how to safely move and effectively nourish your body.

These workshops have been designed to provide the new and/or expecting Mum with a better understanding of how to safely and effectively continue to move for physical and mental health and nourish their body with the nutrients it needs during, post pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

The sessions are broken into three main parts and greater detail gone into each one:

  • Exercise during pregnancy
  • Nutrition during pregnancy
  • Returning to exercise and Nutrition for the Lactating Mama.

Each attendee will walk away feeling empowered and more confident in the exercise and nutrition choices that they make throughout their pre and post natal journey.

Creche is available so your little ones can be looked after for the morning & each attendee recieves a gift bag on arrival to compliment their pre/post natal journey.

I know how important it is to move during pregnancy but given I was having some difficulties with this pregnancy and severe morning sickness, I didn't know what was safe for me so I attended the Exercise During Pregnancy workshop. Brooke created an environment where we could talk safely and openly about our experiences, whilst learning from each other throughout the process. I also loved her message of linking exercise during pregnancy to the importance of mental health - it's not about weight loss!
