Now in its fourth year Handmade has become one of the most anticipated events on both wine makers and wine lovers calendars, not to mention ours! It's a day dedicated to making wine fun and approachable and learning from producers that put every effort into making their wines outstanding. We've come to think of it as a wine party, uniting like-minded people and providing an opportunity to sample incredible wines from local, interstate and international producers not always accessible to the public.
2017 brings another incredible list of wine makers and producers, in fact, our biggest year yet with over 50 on the list, so far! Alongside this amazing line up, we have an equally amazing line up of guest chefs; Mitch Orr from Sydney's Acme is flying down and bringing with him his eclectic pasta magic. Thi Le will wow us with her sharp, modern approach to Vietnamese food. Our very own ArChan Chan will whip up some Ricky & Pinky inspired snacks and Meatsmith butcher Troy Wheeler will take charge of the rotisserie in the garden. And Handmade wouldn't be Handmade without the precise and energetic presence of chef Josh Murphy, formally of Moon Under Water and freshly returned from Sydney.
As always, a wine party isn't a wine party without a banging repotoire of entertainment, this year including Milly & Pjenne on the decks in the Public Bar.
Ticket price includes access to all corners of the Pub, snacks and of course all the wine tastings you could ask for!
On-sale 10th April 2017.
