About this Event

SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Servicenow, Mulesoft and many more leading vendors are making outcomes central to their customer engagement.

In this interactive half-day, you'll learn the benefits of an outcome program, we'll provide a framework for adopting a program and provide tips and techniques you can use right away.

The workshop will be led by Paul Henderson, the founder of Outcome Leaders. Prior to Outcome Leaders, Paul ran the Asia Pacific region for an enterprise software company. Leading 200 people across nine countries, he designed and successfully ran an outcome program for over five years. He then spent one and a half years researching and writing his second book; ‘The Outcome Generation’.

We'll start at 1.30pm and be finished by 5pm. Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival and in the mid-afternoon break.
