Mindfulness Practice - How do we hold our seat when things get tough? Available for those who already have an experience of mindfulness.

About this Event

Strengthen or reconnect with your mindfulness practice. Hold your seat – how to ride the waves of what life throws at us - strengthen regulation skills and the capacity to be present instead of swept away into unhelpful reactivity. Let’s practice together and have some discussion about how to make practice happen and how to use it when things are difficult. For people who have experience with mindfulness through a course or with a counsellor or psychologist.

Delivered by MPA Director and Clinical Psychologist Miranda Stephens.

BYO equipment for sitting as well as a yoga/camping mat and blanket and drink bottle.
